[Insight-developers] `feenableexcept' undeclared

I am hoping this will do the trick.  I looked at the Solaris man pages and
they do include the necessary functions to implement
fenableexcept/disableexcept.

Again I can't test on SunOS, so if someone does have access to such a
beast, could they please give that patch a go?
I hate to just push it to master and cross my fingers!
