[Insight-developers] itkSetMacro with STL types

If I add this to a filter:

typedef std::set<int> SetType;
SetType SetVariable;
itkSetMacro( SetVariable, SetType );

I get:
MyImageFilter.h: error: no match for ‘operator<<’ in ‘std::operator<<

which I believe comes from itkDebugMacro inside of itkSetMacro.

Is there any easy way to allow this sort of thing?
