[Insight-developers] SetupForDevelopment.sh finishes but doesn't think it has been run

I started fresh and now it works. I believe the problem was that I
didn't have my id_rsa file in .ssh when I ran SetupForDevelopment.sh
the first time. There should probably be some kind of
"ClearDevelopment.sh" or something so that if something gets screwed
up like this did you don't have to start all the way over with a new
clone.
