Sorry I missed the itk3.20 in the topic name.

We do not plan to add any new features to itk3.20. The new effort is
on itkv4. Also, there is a funded contract for gpu additions to itkv4.
There is some info here:

There has been some code checked in, but the work is still in progress.

You may want to communicate with the gpu team.

Finally, I would recommend that you check pout itkv4 and explore its
new modularized tree structure. It is quite different from itk3,x.
