I think it was caused by this commit:

  http://itk.org/gitweb?p=ITK.git;a=commitdiff;h=940220f3

Now the vxl test executables probably don't have the right label to build
in that subproject.  During manual testing they probably existed on disk
locally so the tests could run.  Dave and I will look at it.
