[Insight-developers] tagging alpha 9

Hi Bill,

Of course, everything that can be detected will be fixed before
merging, but I would not be surprised if new issues pop up.

Since Hans indicated their is a desire to tag the alpha, I will wait
until late next week to merge that patch.

@Hans, there certainly is a lot of churn in there since the last alpha :-)

   6093 files changed, 311885 insertions(+), 329426 deletions(-)

I will try to review that patch if I get a chance.

It would also be helpful if dashboard machine owners upgrade to CMake 2.8.5.
