[Insight-developers] VNL Warning: Is there an equivalent to itkNotUsed?

I guess doing the following would work ..

  inline T get (unsigned r, unsigned c) const {
    #ifdef NDEBUG
        assert(r == c); assert (r<size()); return diagonal_[r];
    #else
      (void)c;
      (void)r;
    #endif
  }
