[Insight-developers] ITK4 Install dropping gdcm headers the wrong place?

This is weird. I built ITK4, and during the install, it put the gdcm
headers in

${CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX}/include/gdcm-2.0

This is kinda bad if you, for example try to do this:

#include "itkGDCMSeriesFileNames.h"

Because the installed ITKConfig.cmake thinks they're in

${ITK_INSTALL_PREFIX}/include/InsightToolkit-4.0/gdcm

I'd just fix this but it might take me half a day to wade through all of
the CMakeLists.txt and figure out how this is all configured!

Anyone know the right place to start wading?

It looks like GDCM lets you tell it where include files should go:
IF(NOT GDCM_INSTALL_INCLUDE_DIR)
  SET(GDCM_INSTALL_INCLUDE_DIR "include/${subdir}")
ENDIF(NOT GDCM_INSTALL_INCLUDE_DIR)
