[Insight-developers] ITKApps: Need a statistics guru

Folks,

There is only one ITK app that fails to compile:
GaussianMinimumErrorClassifier

It uses itkMembershipSampleGenerator which does not exists in the
ITKv4 statistics classes. I cannot find any reference to it in the
statistics migration.documentation.

Here are the build errors:

Can someone who worked on the statistics migration please take a look
at this and also update the migration document.
