[Insight-developers] git hooks on dashboard branch

Hi all,

I have enabled the hooks for KWStyle, and it has just happened that I  
want to submit a patch on gerrit to make some change on the dashboard  
branch; but I can't.


$ git commit -a
pre-commit hook failure
-----------------------

The file 'Utilities/KWStyle/ITK.kws.xml.in' does not exist.

Please run

   git config hooks.KWStyle.conf path/to/KWStyle.conf.xml


I'll turn it off for the time being, but would it be possible to  
enable it only if there is a "connection" with the master branch (not  
sure how to do this), or worst case scenario if the branch name is  
different from dashboard and hooks.
