[Insight-developers] Windows compile failures after rename checkin

Folks,

I have submitted a gerrit patch:
http://review.source.kitware.com/#change,2097 that fixes the compile
errors on windows.

The errors only occur with shared libs and apparently the gerrit robot
windows build does not have shared libs turned on.

After a successful build on my windows machine (which is slow), I'll
merge the change.
