[Insight-developers] Migration Guide is not up-to-date

The migration guide has not updated since: 2011-05-26 17:00

There 27 .xml files in Documentation/Migration and looking at:
http://ij.itk.org/itkfaq/index.php?action=show&cat=3
 there are many missing ones, and duplicated ones (e.g. Decouple
NumericTraits From Containers
<http://ij.itk.org/itkfaq/index.php?action=artikel&cat=3&id=4&artlang=en>)

Is there a way to clear it out and process all of the documents in:
Documentation/Migration
