[Insight-developers] Missing factory build for Visual Studio

Well,
it is saying the the .obj file got to be too large,

It looks like our options are:

           A) cutting it into smaller pieces

or

           B) Add the compilation flag:     /bigobj


It is certainly worth getting a "second opinion"
from another Visual Studio build.
