and... also
a) Adding unit tests for these classes.
b) Moving the UnaryFunctorImageFilter from ITK-Common
to ITK-ImageFilterBase so, they are all together in the
same directory (Unary,Binary,Ternary).

but certainly a new hierarchy is desirable.
