[Insight-developers] SimpleITK: Moving Doxygen to itk.org

Hello,

I think it would be best to move the SimpleITK Doxygen to itk.org or a similar place. I have a nightly build which generate the doxygen and copies it to our server. I know a simular thing was implemented for the ITK documentation. How can we get this working also for the SimpleITK Doxygen?
