[Insight-developers] SimpleITK: lost tests

Hello,

After the following topic merge into master, it appears that my systems on the dashboards as well as my local builds have gone from 500+ tests to ~40 test. I am still running CMake 2.8.2. It appears that the google tests are not getting added to my testing. I don't any obvious reason for this change. Any thoughts?
