[Insight-developers] ITKV4 kernel spline comment

Rupert,
There are several comments and outstanding recommendations for this change
that need to be considered. I've just not had the time to address this
recently. Arnaud GELAS <arnaud_gelas at hms.harvard.edu> also had some good
ideas about what should be done.

Nice improvement!
I am interested in merging - but perhaps the right answer is to merge
with ITK main. Then both elastix and my code can depend on the ITK
version.
Hans - looks like you are working on the changes for the
ThinPlateSpline transform family. Whats the best way to proceed here?
