[Insight-developers] Duration of LevelSet Tests.

OK, Bill got me with the obvious. The point is still valid, that these are among the longest tests that we have and perhaps it should be questions how much benefit it is to run the filters for that length of time.

Even on the release builds they are the longest tests:
