I manually tested the max depth. it's actually 51.

yes, it does not test modules that the user would add, or future itk module.
Testing everything automatically would be a nightmare (i would not
know how to start in the first place) and make the configuration even
slower.

now, we should also document this kind of error, but when you are
facing a "file not found" in MSVC only on a few number of files, and
those files are on disk at the said location, believe me, you re
puzzled.
