[Insight-developers] Making changes to ITK3.20

I redefined gerrit-push to be
	gerrit-push = !sh -c \"git push gerrit HEAD:refs/for/master/$(git
symbolic-ref HEAD | sed -e 's|^refs/heads/||')\"

and I was able to push to gerrit. Not a long-term solution.
