[Insight-developers] SimpleITK build issue

Hi David,

  Hans discovered this a bit ago.  The responsible developer is out on
maternity leave.

I'm going to be hacking around in SimpleITK today, I'll try to get things
building.  We are struggling to maintain our code in the face of a changing
ITK!
