[Insight-developers] vxl build options for itk video

[Xiaoxiao Liu]

Only the following VXL CMake variable needs to be ON  for  building
ITKVideoBridgeVXL:
BUILD_CORE_VIDEO
BUILD_CORE_UTILITIES (contains vil)
BUILD_CORE_IMAGING (contains vul)


Also make sure you have FFMPEG installed :
     FFMPEG_avcodec_LIBRARY
     FFMPEG_avformat_LIBRARY
     FFMPEG_avutil_LIBRARY
     FFMPEG_swscale_LIBRARY
