[Insight-developers] vxl build options for itk video

Hmm, seems that ITK doesn't like vxl-1.14.0, complaining about some  vnl
functions not being defined.
I remember Brad did some upstream synchronization about the internal vxl
distributed along in ITKVNL.

Brad, what version of VXL you recommend to build with ITK?
