Hi all,

I am running Win 7 x64 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 SP1.

I just downloaded ITK v4.0rc01 and tried to build it. I turned off
BUILD_TESTING and BUILD_EXAMPLES, and turned on ITK_USE_REVIEW and
ITK_USE_64_BITS_ID.

I then get the following error:

error C1128: number of sections exceeded object file format limit : compile
with /bigobj    c:\program files (x86)\microsoft visual studio
10.0\vc\include\xutility

I have confirmed that the fix to this is just to add /bigobj to the
CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS.

This bug should affect Visual Studio 2005 and 2008 as well, although I have
not tested it.
