[Insight-developers] Where to put correlation filters?

Hi Dirk,

I prefer Convolution, since it can be considered a case of convolution
and because we do not want the modules to be small.  Also, let us
continue to keep the module names concise and avoid
ConvolutionAndCorrelation.
