Sure, but how does that work exactly?

The problem with Sourceforge -- as I have found repeatedly in trying to
set up ExternalProjects for SourceForge stuff -- is that they always try
to monetize downloads, so half the time the direct link to the source tar
doesn't pull down the source tar.

A Github that tracks ITK would be good too.
