[Insight-developers] FastMarching module data

Hi Brad,

These data were taken from Nick's Insight Journal paper and where  
meant to be used for validating the corresponding tests.

Right now, I can't remember why I removed the comparison from the  
tests...
I'll open a JIRA ticket for this, and take care asap!
