[Insight-developers] & would anyone object if I removed an annoying GDCM error message?

If you have a DTI image, or some other higher dimensional image, in Dicom
format, you get one of these messages per slice when you're initializing
your filename list:

Error: In
...ITK/Modules/ThirdParty/GDCM/src/gdcm/Source/MediaStorageAndFileFormat/gd
cmSerieHelper.cxx, line 360, function <unknow>
File:  Distance: 75.1873 position is not unique

1. This isn't actually an error, since it doesn't stop the
itk::GDCMSeriesFileNames from generating a file name list.
2. It shouldn't even be a warning, because, it's perfectly OK to have more
than one slice at the same location if it isn't a 2D or 3D file.
