Thats great! Thanks for contributing this build!

Can you please include "WrapITK" in the build name of the system?

It looks like a lot of those warning are of the following kind:

/home/kevin/kitware/ITK_Build/Wrapping/Modules/ITKCommon/itkImagePython.cpp: In function 'void init_itkImagePython()':
/home/kevin/kitware/ITK_Build/Wrapping/Modules/ITKCommon/itkImagePython.cpp:38316:21: warning: variable 'md' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]

That would be coming from the SWIG generated python C glue code. Perhaps updating the SWG version used would fix the problem, but it's certainly not a configuration issue and IMHO not much of an ITK issue.
