[Insight-developers] Removal of ITK_TEMPLATE_TXX causes Slicer problems

Hi Bill,

Thanks for working on the ITKv4 / Slicer integration :)

I couldn't find occurrences of "ITK_TEMPLATE_TXX" in the current Slicer4
code base. Which files are causing trouble ?
