Hi all,

Arnaud and I have merged a patch that will clean up the Windows
CDash at Home and many of the Nightly tests (approximately 15 failures).
These failures occurred since right after the 4.2.0 release.  Please
rebase patch sets that need it.  In the future, let us treat failures
that show up on the robots for more than one or two days as blockers
and not merge anything new until they are resolved.
