Folks, Recent changes to ITK (I think the precision stuff), have broken LandmarkInitializedMutualInformationRegistration. It fails to compile. See this dashboard entry: http://open.cdash.org/viewBuildError.php?buildid=3123496 which is build from ITK Head. Bill
