[Insight-developers] ITK Shared Build with VS2012

Hello,

I have found a dirty "fix" which consists of pre-defining
osgDB::fstream before including it.

It's quite easy to do, and doesn't bring any problems in most of the
cases, since the OSG class just check that everything is in UTF8.

With this dirty stuff, OSG works nice with ITK under VS2012.
