[Insight-developers] Patches that need to get in the release branch for 4.4.1

Excellent, thanks Brad.

Before pushing, I did an Experimental on Windows, and there are
Timeout failures on itkFastMarchingImageFilterTest_*.

Does anyone recall if a patch has been submitted to fix this?
