[Insight-developers] Patches that need to get in the release branch for 4.4.1

Good to know.  The updated release branch has been pushed.  If you
have a system that can test VS Debug, that would be excellent.

@Jc, if you want to bump the Slicer ITK version for testing, the
release branch SHA is currently

  07d9007f9ef2dcc6397577d24a455082f2d1458a
