[Insight-developers] Q about adding new filter.

Kent,

This same argument holds for many filters in BRAINSTools as well.  They
would be useful to a small part of the community, but the resources do not
exists to "Do the perfect thing", and we are letting the
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perfect_is_the_enemy_of_good.

Please start the first step in this processing by making it an
Module/Remote/BRAINSFilterPack.cmake  that points to
https://github.com/BRAINSia/BRAINSFilterPack

This is not a good long-term solution, but it certainly will start a
discussion and provide a useable intermediate.
