[Insight-developers] Using system double convert

Kent,

I was trying out a few distributions an looking over the packages available on the systems.

It appears that ITK expect double convert to be build with CMake. While the Debian distributions are not:
https://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/libdouble-conversion-dev/filelist

This is a small packages, but it seems like the packagers for distributes like/require to use all the system packages. So we likely should try to support this option? Where there any issues with these system versions?
