[Insight-users] win32 Console application

[ycl lydia]

Thanks Luis, but I built it as static, I always set shared to off as it 
doesn't produce *.Lib files but dll files
As the problem is in vnl_math and vnl_complex, maybe I have a wrong stting 
but I can't find it.
