[Insight-users] watershed segmentation

It is quite easy to connect your VTK pipeline to an ITK pipeline (even 
containing one filter) and then back from ITK to VTK, with vtkImageExport -> 
itk::VTKImageImport for VTK->ITK, and itk::VTKImageExport -> vtkImageImport 
for ITK->VTK. Take a look at ConnectPipelines method in 
Auxiliary/vtk/itkVTKtoITKtoVTK.cxx. Just cut and paste and it works!
