[Insight-users] watershed example

Hello,

Take a look at the README file in Insight/Examples/WatershedSegmentation.
There is a section which describes the output.  The raw output format is a
labeled image of unsigned long integers with no header.  Visualizing this type of
data can be tricky.  There are some suggestions in the README file.
