[Insight-users] DeformableSurface3D coordinate system

Hi,

It seems like the Deformable filter is assuming origin=0,0,0 and spacing 
1,1,1, because mesh point x,y,z values are cast to integer and directly 
used to lookup a potential map pixel. Is that correct? Wouldn't it be much 
nicer to have origin and spacing be arbitrary?
