Hi all,

I need to use Otsu algorithm in my program but..

1. I can not find itkOtsuThresholdCalculator.h/txx in my ITK TEST 
folder. Was this file added later to the toolkit?

2. How can I download it? Do I have to reinstall whole Insight 
Toolkit ?

3. How can I get to know what other new files are being added to 
the toolkit ?
