[Insight-users] ITKTcl.exe can't run in other directory correctly

Hi Fucang,

There should be a file named:

         pkgIndex.tcl

in the directory where you built itktcl.exe
for example:

/InsightBin/Wrapping/Tcl/RelWithDebInfo/pkgIndex.tcl

Please copy this file to the same directory
where you put the executable:   itktcl.exe
