[Insight-users] Problem building QtImageViewer

Partial success. I rebuild CMake, VTK, ITK, and QtImageExample from
scratch. This probably resolved any link problems. Now I can read images
(e.g. brainweb1e1a10f20.mha) but I cannot see anything in the image window
(black). When I move mouse I can see values for pointer location and
intensity updated in somewhat choppy way (I need to move pointer quite a
bit for location numbers and intensity to change). I tried moving slider
on the side (slice?), and sliders in the lower part of the window
(intensity adjustment?), no luck.
