[Insight-users] Hough Transform

I put ITK Hough transform classes at http://caddlab.rad.unc.edu/itkUNC/

I wrote these classes very quickly. :o\
I'll check them into the toolkit as soon as I can (maybe with some
modifications).

I've added some test files.
It compiles on my windows PC (VC++) but I don't have time to try on other
platforms (you can try if you want to).

Any comments and suggestions to improve theses classes are very
welcome ;o)
