We are working on tutorials for ITK but we don't have
yet a consistant document that you can read in a
continuous way.

You may find useful a set of  documents currently under
an independent cvs checkout :   InsightDocuments

Please feel free in the meantime to post to this list any
questions you may have.  We'll do our best for trying
to respond.
