[Insight-users] question about itk install

Hi itk users:
            I am a new user. I want to install itk .But when I compile itk.dsw ,I got 3 errors. 
The detail is :

 And then one user told me that I must install the Fltk toolkit.So I want to know where can I get it ?
download which edition????? Thanks for your help !!!!!
