[Insight-users] FW: Compilation Problems

Well, it could be several things.

1. you do not have all of the files for itk.  (do you have vcl_vector.txx?)
2. the include paths were generated incorrectly for some reason.

Can you describe how you obtained the source, what steps you followed to 
build it, and
send a copy of your CMakeCache.txt file?
