Hello ITK users,
I have build a segmentation program that uses the=20
SimpleFuzzyConnectednessScalarImageFilter
It works for a long time and produces just a black volume image, i.e. =
nothing at all can be seen.
has anybody an idea where is the problem. I think the problem is that I =
do not know how to=20
estimate the mean and variance of the object to be used with SetMean, =
SetVariance??
Are there classes that estimate them?? The image I use was downloded =
from
ftp://public.kitware.com/pub/itk/Data/BrainWeb/BrainPart1.tgz
Do anybody have an idea how to set these parameters?????
