[Insight-users] Reorganizing Examples directory

Hi,

The Insight/Examples directory is
going to be reorganized soon.

The directory contains a large amount
of code that can actually be classified
as ITK "applications" rather than examples.

These directories will be moved to an
"Applications" directory and will be
configured to be built outside the ITK
tree.

The Examples directory will be populated
with new small and concise examples.

This reorganization will simplify a lot
the configuration and installation of ITK.
In particular, the current build process
was dependent on several libraries just
because they were used in the Examples.
{FLTK, VTK, OpenGL, GLU, GLUT).

The reorganization will make clear that
ITK does not rely on those external
libraries.
